Simply put, a “scape” is a type of scene, and at Cheesescapes, cheese is our favorite scene! Whether it be on boards, platters, or grazing tables, making cheese the backdrop of your event is what we specialize in.

Cheesescapes is located in Northwest Indiana and services NWI, Chicagoland and Southern Michigan. Quality and production are a top priority for us and we use local artisans, bakers, and makers at every opportunity when creating our displays.

Our mission is simple yet profound: to elevate your gatherings with unique, high-quality cheese and charcuterie experiences that inspire connection and encourage celebration. Whether it’s an intimate get-together or a grand event, our team is dedicated to crafting one-of-a-kind cheese displays that leave a lasting impression.

Alex Laviolette

Alex Laviolette grew up in Hebron, IN and has always had a love for food and hospitality. She attended Purdue University where she majored in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Since college, Alex has worked in a number of restaurants and hotels in Las Vegas, Indianapolis and Chicago as an Event and Food and Beverage Manager. In the Spring of 2021, Alex created Cheesescapes as a small catering company in Northwest Indiana and has grown to service Chicagoland and Southern Michigan, with hopes to grow and expand even more in the coming years!
