Delivery Policy: Delivery fee is based on distance from kitchen that we operate out of in Freeport, IL.
Board & Box Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled 2 weeks or more from the date of delivery. If cancelled within 2 weeks of the date of delivery, a refund will not be issued, however, the delivery date can be rescheduled based on current availability that we have.
Grazing Table Booking & Cancellation Policy: A 50% deposit is due upon booking with the remaining 50% balance being due 2 weeks before the event date. Should you have to cancel 2 weeks or more from the event date, you will receive half of your deposit back. Should you have to cancel within 2 weeks of the event date and you've already paid the remaining balance, then 25% of the total amount will be refunded.
Confirmation Policy: Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
